Monday afternoon I send the touch panel of our oven to repartly, today received it back and all "touch keys" work perfectly and reliable again. Miele should be ashamed they cannot offer the same level of service as repartly.

Solved a problem on washing machine via telephone order how to reset, and thus saved time and money. After a repair last year this was the second interaction with Repartly and on both the service was excellent.
Product description
Please print out the order confirmation and enclose it with the package. Alternatively, you can write the order number on a note and enclose it. This lets our incoming goods department assign the electronics to your order and speeds up processing.
Repairing Siemens washing machine electronics
Description: you send the defective electronics to us and we send the repaired and tested electronics back as quickly as possible. We aim to repair the electronic components on the same day we receive them and then ship them back to you immediately. Please write a brief description of the fault and the machine type (e.g. WDB030) and enclose it in the package. This is very important.
Procedure: carefully wrap the removed electronics in film and then pack them in a box. It would be helpful if you enclosed a brief description of the error.

Tip: if possible, send your electronics as a package and not as a small parcel. If you ship it as a small parcel, it cannot be tracked and may not be ensured if lost. We then repair and refurbish your electronics and send them back to you by return post. Return shipping is included in the price (within Germany).
* Sadly, even we can’t save electronics damaged by fire and/or water :-(
* We do not repair electronics if we can see that a repair attempt has already been made.
* If the electronics are not defective, we will refund you the price minus the costs incurred up to that point (usually no more than €29).
