    Monday afternoon I send the touch panel of our oven to repartly, today received it back and all "touch keys" work perfectly and reliable again. Miele should be ashamed they cannot offer the same level of service as repartly.

    Remove and install electronics

    Below you'll find a step-by-step guide on how you can remove the electronics from your Miele washing machine.

      Product description

      Please print out the order confirmation and enclose it with the parcel (alternatively, you can also enclose a note with the order number) so that the electronics can be matched to your order in our incoming goods department. This prevents longer processing times.

      Repair of the ELP 266-G/ M/ P5/ P6 control power electronics (semi-commercial/small giant) for Professional washing machines.

      Explanation: You send us the faulty electronics and receive the repaired and tested electronics back as quickly as possible. Our aim is to repair and return the electronics delivered to us on the same day. Please be sure to enclose a small note with a brief description of the fault and the machine type (e.g. WDB030) with the parcel.

      With the ELP 266, there are usually 3 error patterns that indicate defective electronics:
      1. The drum does not rotate or only jerks and the programme eventually stops. The laundry is wet and error F50 or F53 is displayed.
      2. The washing machine is not working and the house fuse may have blown. If the house fuse has blown, we are unfortunately unable to repair the electronics.
      3. After switching on the appliance, the drain pump starts before a programme has been selected. Once the programme has started, the incoming water is immediately pumped out again and the programme is cancelled. The F10 Water inlet error is displayed.

      The electronics are installed, for example, in the Miele appliances: PW5062, PW200, PW5060, PW5065, PW9055, PW9065, PW5064

      Procedure: Carefully wrap your removed electronics first in foil and then in a box. It would be helpful if you included a brief description of the fault.

      Tip: If possible, send the electronics as a parcel and not as a small package. If you send it as a parcel, there is no tracking and tracing and insurance in the event of loss is not guaranteed. We repair and overhaul your electronics and send them back to you by return post. Return shipping is included in the price (within Germany).

      * Unfortunately, we can no longer repair electronics with fire and/or water damage :-(
      * We do not repair electronics where repair attempts are already recognisable.
      * If the electronics are not defective, we will refund the purchase price minus the costs incurred up to that point (normally no more than €29).
