Monday afternoon I send the touch panel of our oven to repartly, today received it back and all "touch keys" work perfectly and reliable again. Miele should be ashamed they cannot offer the same level of service as repartly.

Please print out the order confirmation and enclose it with the parcel (alternatively, you can also enclose a note with the order number) so that the electronics can be assigned to your order in our incoming goods department. This prevents longer processing times.
Repair of control power electronics T22-A BO for dryers.
Explanation: You send us the defective electronics and receive the repaired and tested electronics back as quickly as possible. Our aim is to repair and return the electronics delivered to us on the same day. Please be sure to enclose a small note with a brief description of the fault and the machine type (e.g. WTW84561FG/04) with the parcel.
The electronics are installed, for example, in the Bosch and Siemens appliances:

With the T22-A BO, there are usually 2 error patterns that indicate defective electronics: The dryer has no function or switches off after a few minutes. The dryer can no longer be switched on or has a total failure Your error pattern is not listed? We are also happy to repair other fault patterns on request
Procedure: Carefully wrap your removed electronics in foil and then in a box. It would be helpful if you included a brief description of the fault.

Tip: If possible, send the electronics as a parcel and not as a small package. If you send it as a parcel, there is no tracking and tracing and insurance in the event of loss is not guaranteed. We will repair and overhaul your electronics and send them back to you by return post. Return shipping is included in the price (within Germany).
* Unfortunately, we can no longer repair electronics with fire and/or water damage :-(
* We do not repair electronics that have already shown signs of attempted repair.
* If the electronics are not defective, we will refund the purchase price minus the costs incurred up to that point (normally no more than €29).
